Carolina Henriques, a researcher at CHSC, has been awarded the Victor de Sá Prize for Contemporary History – 2024. 

The jury granted the 1st prize ex-aequo to her doctoral dissertation: “Escaping War and the Holocaust through Portugal: Refugees in the ‘Fixed Residence’ Zones of the Central Region (1940–1946).”
